Create and publish your Space (Wizard setup)
Set up and publish your e-commerce space with our guided flow in minutes.
Building a space in the Studio is quick and straightforward. The Wizard flow is the fastest way to build and publish a fully functional iR Space effortlessly.
Using the Wizard flow streamlines your setup process and helps you:
Create a shareable 3D environment in minutes
Customize templates, skyboxes, and color schemes
Integrate Shopify for seamless eCommerce displays
Preview and publish instantly
For deeper customization, or if you are an advanced 3D creator, you can always switch to the advanced editor: The iR Spaces Editor. From the start of your creation, or after you publish your first Space.
Whatever path you choose, the Wizard flow helps you save tons of time in your creative process.
ℹ️ Advanced manual route
If you prefer an advanced manual setup with the iR Editor instead of the guided flow, see Start a new Project (Manual setup) for guidance.
To begin, you’ll need to be logged into your iR Studio account and on the Dashboard:
Create a new project from the Dashboard or add a new scene to an existing project.
When prompted, select Help me connect & setup my store to start the guided flow.
If you want advanced manual control, choose Don’t Assist Me instead. Recommended for experienced 3D creators.
ℹ️ Advanced Spaces creation
The Don’t Assist Me option will take you to the iR Spaces Editor to create your Space from the ground up. This is only recommended if you have previous advanced experience with 3D editors
Click Continue.
After you enter the Wizard Flow, you’ll see a library of ready-made templates:
Browse the pre-built templates on the left panel.
Click on a template to see a live preview on the right side of your screen.
Once you find a style you like, click Next Step to lock in your choice.
Next, you can define the environment that surrounds your 3D space:
Look through the available skybox options such as cloudy skies, deserts, or forests.
Pick one that sets the right atmosphere for your space.
Click Next Step once you’re satisfied with your choice.
If you have a Shopify store, the Wizard Flow can load your products right into your space. Otherwise, you can skip this step:
Enter your Shopify Domain and Storefront API Key.
ℹ️ Finding your API Keys
Your API key should be in the Admin section of your Shopify account. For more information, refer to Shopify’s documentation.
Optionally, if you don’t have a store or prefer not to integrate yet, click Skip This For Now.
Select items from your store to place in your virtual environment.
Click Next Step when you're finished.
To personalize your space, the Wizard Flow prompts you to add media, where you can upload images, logos, or videos:
Identify the media spots in your chosen template, such as screens or walls.
Upload videos and images to your space.
Click Next Step.
ℹ️ Ensure smooth video playback
When uploading videos, use MP4 files for smooth playback.
Once you’ve placed your media, you can define the overall color scheme:
Choose a primary, secondary, and accent color palette.
Adjust as needed until you achieve the perfect look.
Click Next Step when you're ready.
Before finalizing your creation, you can take a quick look at how everything comes together:
The Preview Your iR Space feature provides an interactive version of your environment for you to explore.
Use the on-screen controls to move around and inspect your products, media, and color choices.
If you want to change anything, click Return to Editing to go back through the wizard steps.
When you’re happy with your setup, it’s time to make it public:
Click Publish & Share Your iR Space to confirm your final settings.
Copy the shareable link that appears; you can give this link to anyone who needs access.
🎊 Congratulations! You’ve created a fully functional iR space using our Wizard Flow.
If you need more complex features—like physics, advanced lighting, or further asset placement—head over to The iR Spaces Editor for a deeper level of customization.
You can also revisit the Dashboard to manage domains, billing, or any other project details.
