Description

The Loop animation component allows you to control animations from 3D models with animation tracks, without scripting. It lets you select which animation to play, adjust the playback speed, and define how the animation loops.

Description

Loop Animation

Selects the animation track to play from the model's available animations.

Time Scale

Adjusts the playback speed of the animation. A value of 1.00 plays at normal speed, values greater than 1.00 speed up the animation, and values between 0.00 and 1.00 slow it down.

Pause

Toggles the animation playback on or off. When checked, the animation is paused.

Loop mode

Determines how the animation loops. Options include:

  • Once: Plays the animation once and then stops.
  • Repeat: Continuously repeats the animation from the beginning.
  • Ping Pong: Plays the animation forward, then backward, and repeats this cycle.

Usage notes

  • Ensure your model includes animations when importing it into the scene.
  • Adjust the Time scale to create slow-motion or fast-forward effects.
